We would like to share with you the list of prohibited products on our platform. This is very important to ensure fairness and compliance within our community.
1. Use of Famous Sports Keywords and Logos:
We prohibit the use of keywords such as “MLB,” “NFL,” “NBA,” “NCAA,” “WORLD SERIES,” “MAJOR LEAGUE,” and “Super Bowl” in designs, titles, URLs, product descriptions, and store interfaces. We also do not allow the use of logos from famous sports organizations such as the NBA, MLB, NFL, Super Bowl, and the MLB Commissioner’s Trophy.
2. 100% Brand Copying:
Completely copying a brand, product, or design is not allowed.
3. Fashion Brands in General:
We do not allow the sale of counterfeit products from famous brands such as Nike, Adidas, Gucci, and others.
4. Rock Bands in General:
Similarly, the sale of products related to famous rock bands such as Metallica, Iron Maiden, Pearl Jam, and other rock bands is prohibited.
5. German Brands:
We also prohibit the sale of products related to German brands without official authorization.
6. The Beatles, Paul McCartney:
Products related to The Beatles are also included in the prohibited list.
7. Donation:
We do not allow the use of the word “donation” to promote products.
8. Firearms and Violent Content:
The sale of products related to firearms or violent content is not allowed.
9. Recently Deceased or Sick Individuals:
We do not allow the use of images or names of recently deceased individuals or sick people.
10. Harley-Davidson:
Products related to Harley-Davidson are also prohibited.
11. Paul McCartney:
We do not allow the use of Paul McCartney’s name or image.
12. RSVLTS:
Products related to RSVLTS are also prohibited.
13. Copying from Represent:
Copying products or designs from Represent is not allowed.
14. Sesame Street:
We do not allow the use of images, character names, or any content related to the Sesame Street television program on any products.
15. Fall Out Boy:
We strictly prohibit the use of the name, image, logo, or any content related to the band Fall Out Boy on products, titles, descriptions, or store interfaces.
16. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles:
The use of images, character names, logos, or any content related to Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles on products is not allowed.
17. Gloomy Bear:
We do not allow the use of the image, symbol, or name of the character Gloomy Bear on any products.
18. Eminem:
We strictly prohibit the use of the name, image, or any content related to rapper Eminem on products.
19. Harry Potter:
We strictly prohibit the use of images, names, symbols, or any content related to the Harry Potter brand on products.
20. Fortnite:
We strictly prohibit the use of images, logos, characters, content, or any elements related to the game Fortnite on products.
21. Michael Jackson:
Do not use the name, image, or any content related to the late singer Michael Jackson.
22. Blondie:
The use of any visual elements or names related to the band Blondie is prohibited.
23. Deftones:
The use of images, names, or content related to the band Deftones is prohibited.
24. Arctic Monkeys:
The use of the name, image, or content related to the band Arctic Monkeys is prohibited.
25. Sonic the Hedgehog:
Do not use Sonic or any other characters from the Sonic game universe.
26. The Amazing Digital Circus:
The use of any images, characters, or content from the animated series The Amazing Digital Circus is prohibited.
27. Products of Crypton Future Media, Inc.:
We strictly prohibit the use of images, names, symbols, or any content related to products of Crypton Future Media, Inc., including but not limited to Hatsune Miku, Kagamine Len, Kagamine Rin, Megurine Luka, and others.
28. RWBY:
The use of characters, content, or images related to the animated series RWBY is prohibited.
29. Borderlands:
The use of images, names, characters, or any elements related to the video game Borderlands on products is not allowed.
30. Derek DeYoung:
We strictly prohibit the use of any artwork, images, or content related to artist Derek DeYoung on any products.
31. The Rocky and Bullwinkle Show:
The use of images, names, characters, or any content related to The Rocky and Bullwinkle Show on products is prohibited.
32. Lando Norris:
The use of the name, image, racing number, personal symbols, or any identifying elements related to Lando Norris on products is not allowed.
33. Betty Boop:
The use of images, names, symbols, or any content related to the character Betty Boop on products is prohibited.
34. Wallace & Gromit:
The use of images, names, characters, or any content related to Wallace & Gromit on products is prohibited.
35. The Crow:
The use of any elements related to The Crow franchise is prohibited, including the title, character images, crow symbols, movie scenes, or any visual content from this brand on products.
36. Steve McQueen:
The use of the name, image, or any identifying elements related to Steve McQueen is prohibited.
37. Weezer:
The use of the name, member images, logos, album covers, or any elements related to the rock band Weezer on products is prohibited.
38. Led Zeppelin:
The use of the name, member images, logos, album covers, songs, or any elements related to the rock band Led Zeppelin on products is prohibited.
39. Chicago Blackhawks:
The use of the team name, logo, head symbol, signature colors, or any identifying elements belonging to the Chicago Blackhawks on products is prohibited.
40. Madlib and Quasimoto:
The use of names, images, logos, trademarks, or any identifying elements related to Madlib or Quasimoto (including albums, works, or signature symbols) on products is prohibited.
41. Garfield:
The use of the name, character images, logos, illustrations, or any elements related to the Garfield franchise (including Garfield the cat, Odie, Jon Arbuckle, etc.) on products is prohibited.
42. Superman (DC Comics):
The use of the name, logo, “S” symbol, Superman image, character silhouette, signature costume, or any identifying elements belonging to the Superman brand on products is prohibited.
43. Triumph Motorcycles:
The use of the name Triumph Motorcycles, logo, Triumph wordmark, motorcycle images, signature designs, slogans, or any identifying elements related to the Triumph Motorcycles brand on products is prohibited.
44. The Allman Brothers Band:
The use of the name The Allman Brothers Band, related abbreviations/variations, logos, symbols, member images, album covers, illustrations, signatures, lyrics, or any identifying elements related to The Allman Brothers Band on products is prohibited.
45. Glitch Productions Pty. Ltd. (Glitch Productions):
The use or exploitation of content owned by Glitch Productions Pty. Ltd. is prohibited, including:
Murder Drones
SMG4
Meta Runner
The Amazing Digital Circus
Glitch Techs
Scope of prohibition: names, characters, images, logos, symbols, taglines, settings, artwork, screenshots, quotes, signature fonts/design elements, fanart, or derivative works with clearly recognizable identifying elements on any products.
46. Capcom Co., Ltd. – Monster Hunter Wilds:
The use of the name Monster Hunter Wilds, related abbreviations/variations, logos, symbols, characters, monsters, images, artwork, screenshots, game interface, or any identifying elements related to the game Monster Hunter Wilds on products is prohibited.
